My Training Philosophy:

 

Jeremy has been in the fitness industry for 5 years. His training philosophy is the balance of the mind and body as one unit. Training the mind first to believe is key to overcoming hurdles. Next, the use of functional training and compound movements are integral to efficient gains for any fitness goal. His interests include breakdancing, MMA Training, and gridiron.
